Liked the discounts offered and the clean room. Convenient location near shopping and dining options with great accessibility to transportation. the staff was friendly and helpful during our xmas stay.
Disliked the loud and uncomfortable aircon in the room. The overall pricing was misleading as extra charges were not disclosed, and amenities were not provided as advertised.

During my New Year's stay, I appreciated the complimentary toiletries and clean linens in the room. the hotel's location near popular attractions and food establishments were a plus. the staff were also friendly and accommodating.
the loud and defective air conditioning unit made sleeping difficult, which was disappointing.

After my 2 night stay, I can't think of anything nice to say about this hotel. I'm totally disappointed about the experience. Crump elevator space, my 2 luggages won't even fit w/ 2 persons on board. The bed was terrible..the cushion feels like wooden board, and the worst was the hot water going on and off while you're taking a shower.

Kabayan Hotel Cubao is a nice place. It offers a homey feeling with scriptures posted around the hotel and a prayer room on one of the top floors. The staff are kind and respectful. I enjoyed my stay and recommend this hotel to people who lead wholesome lives.
I wish there would have been more mirrors, perhaps inside the elevators and mirrors in the elevator area on each floor. People like to check their appearance when they go out. :D
